Over the years, HIM has fostered close relationships with leading industry players who have contributed their invaluable insights to creating highly employer-relevant curricula. While hospitality and business remain the main program focus, students can choose between specializations, depending on their aptitudes and interests from Finance , endorsed by Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Human Resources, created in cooperation with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Luxury Marketing and Business Management in partnership with several industry leaders including Tag Heuer, a luxury watch manufacturer; John Paul, world-renowned concierge brand and Montreux Jazz Festival, the second largest jazz festival in the world held annually on the shores of Lake Geneva.

Thanks to the strong industry ties, HIM students apply their learnings to real-life projects commissioned by the school’s partners: finding solutions to specific marketing issues for a leading luxury watch brand, analyzing stock performance or creating solutions for better employee engagement. This experience solidifies graduates’ understanding of industry challenges and processes and ultimately enhances their employability.
