Les Clefs d’Or awarded to HIM Alumna Anna Khlgatian

Often described as part Merlin and part Houdini, the concierges with the golden key pin are experienced travelers, business people and tourists – true jacks of all trades and masters of many. According to Les Clefs d’Or Canada, “Clefs d’Or concierges are remarkable people. They did not get to be that way by accident, either. It takes years of hard work and training.”

Anna has been working at The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald in Edmonton, Canada since 2014 and set herself this goal over 3 years ago. She was presented with this honour during a ceremony at the famous Fairmont Banff Springs surrounded by her family, colleagues and mentors.
